About Frisco Roofing & Siding
What this site is, what it is not, and why its pages read the way they do.
A Referral Site, Not a Roofing Company
Frisco Roofing & Siding publishes one phone number and one form. A request that comes in through either is passed to one independent roofing or siding contractor that works in Frisco and the towns around it. That company contacts you, inspects the house, writes the quote and does the job under its own name, its own registration and its own insurance.
The site has no crew, no trucks and no warehouse. It does not inspect roofs, does not write estimates and does not stand behind anyone's workmanship. It also takes no part in insurance claims of any kind. If a page here seems to promise more than an introduction, read it again; it does not.
Why the Pages Talk About Decades and Ordinances
Most roofing websites for a Texas suburb could be about any Texas suburb. This one tries not to be. Frisco has an unusual housing profile, three quarters of it built in two decades, and two city rules that most homeowners never encounter until a contractor mentions them, or fails to. Those facts shape what a roof or wall job here involves, so the pages are built around them.
Every number on the site has a source named next to it, and the sources are the Census Bureau's American Community Survey, the City of Frisco's own pages, the National Weather Service, the Storm Prediction Center and newspapers quoting them. Where a fact could not be sourced, the page says it is unknown rather than guessing. The storm record page and the permit guide are the two places that discipline shows most.
What Happens to Your Request
- ReceivedBy phone or form, with the address and a description.
- Passed onTo one contractor, with the details you gave. The contractor may pay a fee for the introduction. That fee does not change your price and is not an endorsement.
- ContactThe contractor calls, texts or emails you to arrange a look at the house.
- Your decisionAgree to a quote, ask for a second one elsewhere, or do nothing. Nothing on this site binds you to anything.
Things to Check on Any Contractor
- Its City of Frisco contractor registration category and number. The city requires registration before work starts.
- A current certificate of general liability insurance, the same document the city asks for.
- That the permit for a roof replacement will be pulled in the contractor's name, not yours, unless you choose otherwise.
- The written warranty on labor, separate from the manufacturer's warranty on materials.
- Whether the company has a physical office. Texas issues no state license for roofers, so these checks stand in for one.

Limits
Texas does not license roofing or siding contractors, so no page here claims a state license for anyone.
Nothing on these pages is legal, engineering or insurance advice. City rules change; the city's own pages and phone line are the authority.
Photographs on the site show typical conditions on typical houses. None is a picture of a specific completed job.
