What the Site Is
Frisco Roofing & Siding introduces property owners to independent roofing and siding contractors. The site does no inspection, repair, replacement or installation. Each contractor is a separate business that is not employed, supervised or controlled by this site. Any agreement for work is between you and that contractor, which alone is responsible for pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, cleanup, damage and warranty.
A contractor may pay for an introduction. That payment is not an endorsement. The site does not verify any contractor's registration, insurance or competence; do that yourself before signing.
Information on the Pages
The pages describe roofing, siding, weather events, housing data and municipal rules in general terms, drawn from the sources named on each page and read on the dates stated. Storm information is other organizations' reporting. City requirements change, and several could not be confirmed; the pages say where. Nothing here is legal, engineering, insurance or financial advice about your property. Consult the City of Frisco, your insurer, your association or a qualified professional.

Roof Safety
No page on this site invites you onto a roof. Two-story and steep roofs, which are most of Frisco's, are dangerous even when dry. Leave roof access to people with the equipment for it.
