Collected Through the Form
The fields you complete: name, phone, email, the address of the house, the neighborhood or town and type of work you selected, the decade the house was built, and your message. The form also records the address of the page it was sent from and your browser's time zone, so that a contractor can call at a reasonable hour.
Collected Through the Phone
The published number may be routed through a call-tracking service. Its records include the calling number, the time and the length of the call. Calls may be recorded to check quality and settle disputes about what was said.
Collected by the Server
The web server keeps a log line for each page requested, including the requesting address and browser type. The site runs a Google Analytics tag, which sets cookies to count visits and page views in aggregate.
Google Analytics counts visits and page views through cookies. Those visits are also used to build an audience of people who have already been here, so the operator of this site can show them ads about roofing and siding on Google and, where switched on, on Facebook and Instagram. Every browser lets you block or delete the cookies; Google's ad settings and Meta's ad settings stop the ads; and if you live in a state with a law that lets you opt out of targeted advertising, the contact page works for that too.
Who Gets It
The purpose of the site is to pass your request to an independent roofing or siding contractor so that company can contact you, and that is where the form and call details go. Providers of hosting, email delivery, analytics and telephone service handle data as part of delivering those services.
Information is not sold to list brokers. Information may be disclosed where a law, subpoena or court order requires.
Consent to Contact
By sending the form you agree that this site and the contractor receiving your request may call, text or email you about it at the number and address you provided. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to stop texts, and tell any caller you do not wish to be called again.
Access and Deletion
Use the contact form to ask what is held about your request or to have it deleted. A contractor that has already received the request holds its own copy under its own policy.
The site is for adults who own or manage property and is not directed at children.

Revisions to this policy replace the text of this page. Whatever this page says at the time you read it is the version in force.
