Frisco Neighborhoods and the Towns Next Door

Four parts of Frisco and four neighboring towns, each with a page because each puts a different roof under the same sky.

How the List Was Drawn

Frisco's housing is three quarters from 2000 to 2019, but not evenly. The older stock sits in a few subdivisions on the south side, the newest along the north and west edges, and the original town grid in the middle has its own rules. The four Frisco pages follow that. The four towns are the ones a Frisco contractor drives to without thinking about it: Prosper and Celina up the Tollway, Little Elm and The Colony west along Eldorado and the lake.

Elsewhere in Frisco is covered; use the form and give the address. Plano, McKinney and Allen are not covered by this site.

Housing eras: U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2019 to 2023 five-year estimates for Frisco, as published by Point2Homes, read October 2026.
